may I suggest to include support for Canon 1Ds II, please.
(At least I didn't find it on the list.)

The program works fine with 1Ds II raws, I tested that now. The reason it wasn't on the list is that I didn't have raw files for it earlier. I only wrote cameras on the list, which I have confirmed to work without problems.
